Officer roles

President: plans and runs meetings (needs to communicate with Mr. & Mrs. Nordmeyer weekly)
Vice-president: helps president & takes over when president is not there
Secretary: takes minutes, coordinates communications with our club and with the school community
Treasurer: coordinates activity budget and fundraising money
