The rapid growth of the Pudong campus has prompted a new policy regarding fundraising activities by student groups. In all divisions at Pudong, it will now be necessary for the sponsor of the student group to complete and submit a 'Fundraiser Form" to the Vice Principal.
The Vice-Principal will then take this to the administration meeting (each Friday afternoon) for approval. So for example, a request submitted on a Monday for a sale on Thursday could not be approved because it falls before the Friday administration meeting where whole-school discussion and approval is now necessary.
Please let Mr. Johnson know if you have any questions. This policy came about so that when a group does have a fundraiser, they won't have competition for that time slot :)
